What are the system requirements?
This script was designed for use on PHP enabled websites including Unix and Linux. It can also be modified to work on other platforms but we have only tested it on Unix/Linux servers. This script uses Session Cookies by default but it can also be modified to use PHP variables.
Do I need FTP access?
Yes. The script will need to be uploaded to your server so you need to make sure you have FTP capabilities to upload files to your server. You will have this with any good web hosting service but if you don't then we strongly recommend you find a Better Web Host provider who will give you FTP access.
When do I get the script?
After placing an order, we will manually authorise your purchase before sending you a confirmation email. This email will include a copy of the script, the licence and installation instructions. It will take between 1 to 24 hours for us to authorise your order.
Is it easy to install?
Yes. When you receive your script there are detailed installation instructions however, it's just a matter of changing a few variables in the script then uploading it to your server before adding some code to your webpage. No experience is necessary as our instructions will guide you through these simple steps.
Do I own the script?
Yes. Regardless of what licence you order, the script will belong to you and there will be no ongoing charges or subscription payments.
Are there any restrictions to usage?
There are no restrictions to usage within your chosen licence. For example, if you buy the Single Licence then you can use Recommend This Page across all of the pages on one single website. There are no limitations as to how many pages or how many times the script can be used on that one website.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes. Visit our Demo Page to test the script. Try sending a recommendation email to yourself and you can see what results.
Is there a money back guarantee?
Yes. If you cancel your order before we send you the script then we will be happy to refund your money in full. No refunds will be made if you cancel after you have received the software.
Can I use it on an existing website?
Yes. This script is designed to fit into your existing website so that it looks and feels the same as your other pages. All you need to do is insert the code into your web page where you want the form to display and that's pretty much it.
